Tiger Club Terms & Conditions — The Complete Member Guide

1. General Terms & Applicability

Tiger Club (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. By using the Tiger Club website or mobile application, all members are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Tiger Club and its members. Please read them carefully before accessing the platform.

Tiger Club reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Tiger Club, the following requirements must be met:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any associated bonuses will be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, address, and contact details at the time of registration. Providing inaccurate information may result in account verification failure.
• As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Tiger Club may request a national ID, passport, or other identity documents.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility. Tiger Club will not be held liable for any consequences arising from sharing your password with a third party.

Tiger Club reserves the right to investigate multiple accounts created from the same household or IP address. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses will be treated as bonus abuse.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

The following rules strictly govern all financial transactions on Tiger Club:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT). Limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–4 hours. In some cases, depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit. Using a different method may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account, Tiger Club reserves the right to temporarily place that account's withdrawals on hold.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. There is no time limit on deposited funds, though an admin fee may apply to accounts inactive for more than 180 days.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tiger Club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: Only new members are eligible for the welcome bonus on their first deposit. The deposit must be made within the specified timeframe to claim the bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a wagering amount of 15–30x the bonus value before withdrawal. The exact multiplier will be stated in each bonus's terms.
• Wagering Contribution: Sports Betting contributes 100% towards wagering requirements. Contributions from certain casino games may be lower or may not count at all.
• Bonus Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Bonus Abuse: If opposing bets, multiple accounts, or any other strategy is used to exploit bonuses, the account will be closed.
• Referral Bonus: To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred friend must successfully register and complete their first deposit.

5. Betting Rules & Restrictions

The following rules apply to all bets placed at Tiger Club:

• The minimum stake for a single bet is ৳10. Maximum limits vary depending on the sport and market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the cash-out option is available.
• Odds on live bets placed after a match has started may change instantly.
• If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or incomplete, Tiger Club will settle bets in accordance with its own rules.
• Tiger Club reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Match manipulation and the use of insider information for betting are strictly prohibited.

If a significant number of bets on the same match are placed from multiple accounts in Sports Betting, Tiger Club reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, suspend or void those bets. Large winnings may be subject to additional verification before payment is processed.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

Tiger Club may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Operating multiple accounts or engaging in bonus abuse.
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Harassment of other members or staff.
• A directive from a competent authority or a court order.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided no financial irregularities are found. Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team.

7. Responsible Betting Policy

Tiger Club takes responsible betting very seriously. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income. To support this, we make the following tools available to all members at all times:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on how much you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from your account for anywhere from 24 hours to permanently.
• Reality Check: Review a summary of your betting session at set intervals.

If Tiger Club detects unusual betting patterns on an account, we may proactively reach out to the account holder and impose limits if necessary.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Information may be shared when required by law or at the request of a regulatory authority.
• Members may request to view, correct, or delete their personal data at any time.

9. Technical Issues & Liability Disclaimer

Tiger Club strives to maintain a reliable platform; however, we cannot accept liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss of a bet due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses resulting from issues with the member's own device or network.
• Losses resulting from third-party hacking or cyberattacks.

For bets settled incorrectly due to a technical error, Tiger Club reserves the right to recalculate and settle them at the correct original odds.

10. Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

Tiger Club may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or platform notification.

If a dispute arises, contact the support team first. We aim to resolve most disputes within 24–72 hours. If unresolved at the support level, the matter will be escalated to higher authority.
